Sabine Herlitschka, CEO of Infineon Austria, is set to join the Supervisory Board of the state holding company ÖBAG. The general meeting, representing the Republic as the 100 percent owner of ÖBAG, will formally elect Herlitschka to the board. This decision has been reported by the Kronen Newspaper, citing industry sources. Günther Ofner, Vienna Airport Board Member, will remain as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Ofner’s contract will run for three more years until September 30, 2028, while Jäger’s contract will be extended for another five years until September 30, 2030.
