World Emblem, the world’s largest patch and emblem manufacturer, is celebrating its 30th year in business. The company, which has a manufacturing center in northwest Houston, produces an average of 250 million emblems and custom products annually. What started as a small shop in New Jersey in 1993, has now grown to include nine locations worldwide and over 1,000 employees.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel explained that World Emblem has no minimum quantity requirements – whether you need just one garment embroidered or 10,000, they can accommodate any order size. The company’s client list includes big names like the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis.

World Emblem’s customization process is truly impressive, showcasing some of the biggest name brands being stitched out in their facility. ABC13’s Localish team had the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes tour of World Emblem to witness the production of thousands of custom patches each day.
