Strategic communication also empowers health workers to provide optimal care, encourages individuals to take actions to improve their health, and fosters community well-being. The Regional Action Framework on Communication for Health (C4H) has been developed to assist Member States in adopting the C4H approach. This framework outlines the steps WHO and Member States can take to utilize C4H for achieving common public health goals in the Western Pacific region.

Implementing strategic communication strategies in public health requires careful planning and evaluation to ensure effectiveness. By using communication strategically, governments can encourage the implementation of policies that enhance people’s lives and well-being.
