Aviva has introduced Sustainable Business Coach, a new digital tool that is available for free to brokers. The tool aims to help brokers understand the impact of their business on the environment and society, and to develop their sustainability capabilities. It provides a personalised report with advice and guidance on how brokers can improve their sustainability goals and strategy. Additionally, brokers can set sustainability goals, track their progress towards Net Zero, and access free learning modules to increase their knowledge on sustainability. The tool takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete a series of questions to identify relevant sustainability goals for the business. It then generates a score and a list of actions to guide brokers on their Net Zero journey. The Sustainable Business Coach is built using the Future Fit Business Benchmark, which is based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Previous research from Aviva has shown that many brokers are interested in supporting ESG initiatives and making their businesses more sustainable. The new tool aims to help brokers become more resilient, efficient, and cost-effective, while also staying relevant to clients’ evolving sustainability needs.
