The Bonadio Group has combined its investment banking, transaction advisory, and business valuation services into a new Corporate Finance business unit. This new unit will be part of the firm’s existing Advisory & Consulting service line, in line with their overall transformation goals to enhance client services and opportunities for their staff.
Under the Corporate Finance unit, the team will offer strategic investment banking, M&A advisory, and business valuation services using an integrated approach. They will leverage their expertise in areas such as sell-side investment banking, Go-to Market assessments, quality of earnings, financial due diligence, and business valuation to provide a comprehensive view of corporate finances for successful M&A transactions and succession planning.
