Two Argentines, Ferdinand Marman y Louis Norberto Hartwo were released by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) during a night mission. According to official information, both are in good health. The President of Argentina thanked the Israeli Defense Forces, the Shabak, and the Israeli Police for rescuing the men and maintained his condemnation of Hamas terrorism. Marman y Hair are part of more than 240 hostages taken by Hamas in an attack on Israeli territory, resulting in over 26,000 dead as a result of war conflict. The IDF, Israel’s secret service, and special police forces carried out a joint operation to free the two Hamas hostages.
Two hostages were released as part of an exchange, and subsequently Fernando Marman (60) and Louis Har (70) were kidnapped while visiting Argentine hostages at a kibbutz in Israel. After previous cancellations, a joint operation between Israeli and American forces, resulted in the rescue of the Argentines as they were released from a heavily guarded building. Hamas was attacked by the Israeli air force in response to attempts to intercept the rescue. Two Israeli hostages were rescued, and other Argentines remain held by Hamas in Gaza, along with many others. The Prime Minister of Israel and his defense minister are engaged with the international community over the Israeli advance on Rafah.
