Israeli startup Sightful introduces a screenless laptop to the market.

The Israeli company Sightful has announced the commercial launch of their innovative product, the Spacetop G1, which is a powerful laptop combined with augmented reality glasses. This product offers a 100-inch virtual workspace, allowing users to work efficiently with complete privacy. The G1 marks a significant advancement in the laptop market, moving towards making “spatial computing” a new standard in the industry.

Sightful was founded in 2020 by Tamir Berliner and Tomer Kahn, both with significant experience in the tech industry. The company has raised $61 million in funding and currently employs about 60 people in offices around the world. They recently launched the Early Access version of the Spacetop to gather feedback and prepare for the official launch.

The G1 laptop emphasizes mobility, performance, and efficiency. It features 8 hours of battery life, 48 TOPS of AI-enabled computing power, a new Qualcomm chipset, a 90 Hz optics refresh rate, and built-in artificial intelligence functionality. The lightweight hardware and user-friendly augmented reality glasses make it a complete augmented reality powerhouse.

According to CEO Tamir Berliner, Sightful aims to change the way people work and disrupt the laptop industry with their innovative product. The company sees spatial computing as the future and is leading the way in bringing it into the present. The G1 is a step towards freeing people from the limitations of traditional screens and physical reality, allowing them to work in a more efficient and immersive manner.
