Juventus is reportedly planning to finance a move for Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood by selling Federico Chiesa during the upcoming summer transfer window. Greenwood, who had a successful loan spell at Getafe, is being sought after by several Premier League clubs, but Manchester United prefers to sell him internationally.
The Italian club is said to be prioritizing Greenwood and is working on securing a deal to bring him to Juventus. According to reports, Juventus is prepared to part ways with Chiesa, who is approaching the end of his contract and has not yet agreed on a new deal with the club. New Juventus boss Thiago Motta has not ruled out the possibility of selling Chiesa, and the club is ready to capitalize on the situation.
Juventus aims to use the funds from Chiesa’s sale to finance the acquisition of Greenwood, with Manchester United reportedly seeking at least €50m for the striker’s departure this summer. Despite interest from other clubs, Juventus is keen on securing Greenwood and is making plans behind the scenes to make the move a reality.
