ITCM, a Kearny Mesa technology solution provider, recently announced the acquisition of Value Logic, Inc. in Carlsbad, an IT-managed service provider (MSP). This marks the fourth MSP that ITCM has acquired, and officials stated in a news release that this latest acquisition will help solidify the company’s position as a trusted outsourced partner for network, cloud, infrastructure management, software development, and security expertise.
The acquisition of Value Logic will expand the ITCM team’s experience and depth of knowledge, particularly in IQMS implementation and maintenance expertise. This will enable the company to enhance its level of service by leveraging the manufacturing industry knowledge, key processes, procedures, and distribution relationships brought by Value Logic.
ITCM CEO, Jorge Ruiz de Castilla, emphasized the benefits that customers will experience as a result of this acquisition.
