The goal of Landeed is to enhance accessibility in property title management, particularly for brokers, landlords, and landowners. Users can now effortlessly retrieve various property documents, including Encumbrance Certificates, 7/12 records, Records of Rights (RoR), and more, within minutes. The newly introduced AI analyzer automates document analysis and streamlines the extraction of relevant information in a clear and organized manner. This feature allows users to navigate complex property documents with ease, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.
