The issue of sexual misconduct in the humanitarian and development sectors is a difficult topic to address, but it is important to shine a light on it. The World Health Organization (WHO) has launched the #NoExcuse Podcast series to address this issue and hear from those working to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.

The podcast, which was launched on Monday 20 November 2023, will be released every two weeks and will delve deep into the topic of sexual misconduct. It aims to share stories of work in the field, surface obstacles to prevention, and explore the need to make zero tolerance for sexual misconduct a part of workplace culture. The goal is to examine different challenges and solutions through the perspectives of people who are already doing the work to create the change that is needed and wanted.

Listeners are encouraged to learn more about the podcast on the dedicated webpage and subscribe to and listen to the podcast on their preferred streaming platform.
