Zumwalt highlighted the natural attractions that Oklahoma has to offer, such as sand dunes and waterfalls. Additionally, sports play a significant role in the state, with Oklahoma City set to host various events for the 2028 Summer Olympics. Zumwalt emphasized the importance of tourism as economic development, stating that it is the third largest industry in Oklahoma. Tourism generates over $833 million in state and local taxes, making it a crucial driver of economic activity in the state.
