The National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) in collaboration with Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) is organizing a Technology Showcase at the Kitsap Conference Center from July 30 to August 1 in Bremerton, WA. This event is a platform for industrial technology innovators to interact with shipyard leadership and Naval sustainment professionals. With an expected attendance of 800-1,000 shipyard workers, the event aims to showcase technologies that can help save time, money, and required personnel.

NCMS, a 38-year-old organization, focuses on creating opportunities for companies with innovative technology solutions to collaborate with government providers and end users who need their innovations. As a member-based nonprofit organization, NCMS has established a network of industry, government, and academia partners to facilitate the development and transition of innovative technologies efficiently and at a lower cost. The organization offers expert guidance and a reliable framework to ensure successful collaborations between all parties.

Exhibitors at the Technology Showcase will not only gain visibility for their products and services but also have the chance to explore collaboration opportunities with leading technology experts serving the Navy’s maintenance community. Interested companies should register soon as the deadline for registration is Friday, July 12. More information and registration details can be found at: https://www.ncms.org/events/2024-psns-showcase.

PSNS is seeking capabilities in various areas such as 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, Artificial Intelligence, Automation Technologies, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality, and many more. The event site includes a list of desired capabilities for companies to explore.
