Croatian basketball player Luka Božić, a member of Zadar, was once again named the most valuable player of the round (MVP) in the regional ABA league. In the eighth round, Zadar beat Split away from home 82-75, and Božić was the main player on the way to the celebration with 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists. In addition to the ‘triple-double’ effect, Božić also had a very good shot during the match, shooting 6-10 for two points, 3-4 for three, and 7-8 from the free-throw line. All this brought a valuation of as many as 48 points.
This is a continuation of the excellent Christmas games in this season’s edition of the ABA League, as the Zadar winger was previously declared the most useful basketball player during the months of September and October. Zadar, the current Croatian champion, is currently in seventh place in the ABA League rankings, with the ratio 4-4.
