Maine State Chamber of Commerce Collaborates with Science is US to Host Climate Resiliency Webinar

The weather forecast for today includes partly cloudy skies with temperatures ranging from the upper 80s to mid 90s. The coolest temperatures are expected in far northern Maine and along the coast, while the hottest temperatures will be along I95. Dewpoints will be in the upper 60s and low to mid 70s, making it feel even hotter outside. Heat index values will reach the upper 90s to around 100.

Later in the day, a cold front will move through the area, bringing with it showers and thunderstorms. Some of these storms may be strong to severe, with heavy rain, strong winds, and hail as potential hazards. The storms are expected to taper off after sunset, but there could still be some stray showers overnight.
