Biloxi Police Department officials recently announced the arrest of 26-year-old Ryan Chase Diamco from Halletsville, Texas. The incident occurred on Wednesday when employees of a business on Rue Magnolia found Diamco inside the building. Despite claiming he had permission to be there, Diamco left the property after being confronted. Surveillance video later revealed Diamco taking items from the building without permission.
Diamco returned to the business later that day, prompting employees to alert an officer in the area, leading to his arrest. He was charged with commercial burglary and is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $20,000 bond. Authorities are encouraging anyone with information on the incident to contact Biloxi PD Criminal Investigations or Crime Stoppers.
