The McCracken County Sports Tourism Commission will be hosting a meeting on Wednesday, July 3rd at 4 p.m. The meeting will take place at the McCracken County Courthouse in Meeting Room A. The agenda for the meeting will include a call to order, review of the minutes from previous meetings, a financial report, new business items such as invoices to be discussed, as well as topics for discussion and an adjournment.
During the meeting, the commission will review the minutes from the previous meetings held on June 5th and June 10th, 2024. A financial report will also be presented to provide updates on the budget and expenses. New business items to be discussed include various invoices from different groups such as Kemper CPA Group, SFC, PFGW, Hub International, and Mustang Madness.
Following the financial and new business discussions, the commission will engage in a general discussion regarding topics related to sports tourism in McCracken County. The meeting will then be adjourned. Members of the community are welcome to attend the meeting to learn more about the Sports Tourism Commission’s initiatives and activities in the county.
