Motorway Closure between Paris and Vaucresson Extended Until Monday due to Ground Movement

The A13 motorway between the Paris ring road and the A86 has been closed in both directions since Thursday evening due to the discovery of a large crack. The closure of this busy section of road was made to ensure the safety of users, as a crack between the viaduct and the Saint-Cloud tunnel was identified as the cause for the closure. The movement of the ground that led to this crack is currently being diagnosed by authorities. Due to this ground movement, cracks were also found in a sewerage structure located underground.
