Several countries’ foreign ministry officials are advising their citizens to leave Lebanon due to escalating tensions on the Israeli-Lebanese border. The Dutch Foreign Ministry has warned against traveling to Lebanon and advised those already there to depart while commercial flights are still available. Germany and Canada have also issued travel warnings for Lebanon, urging their citizens to leave the country as soon as possible. Kuwait and North Macedonia have made similar calls for their citizens to avoid Lebanon.

In addition, Britain, the US Embassy in Beirut, and the Russian Embassy in Beirut have cautioned against travel to Lebanon. They have advised their citizens to stay away from areas near the borders with Israel and Syria. These warnings come amidst fears that the situation in the region could deteriorate into a full-scale war, prompting a call for precautionary measures.
