NASCAR Diversity Internship Program announces 2024 class members

The NASCAR Diversity Internship Program (NDIP) has officially started its 24th year, with a group of 34 undergraduate and graduate students from all over the country. The interns began their journey with an orientation weekend in Charlotte, marking the beginning of a 10-week program within the NASCAR community. Throughout the summer, interns will have the opportunity to receive mentorship and network with industry leaders, gaining hands-on experience through exclusive tours and networking events.

This program aims to develop the next generation of leaders in NASCAR by providing interns with valuable experiences and opportunities to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the sport. NDIP has been a significant inclusion initiative for NASCAR since its establishment in 2000, introducing over 500 college students to various careers within the industry.

The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students from diverse backgrounds who are at least sophomores with a 3.0 GPA or above. NDIP is a unique opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the world of motorsports and gain insight into the multifaceted industry of NASCAR.
