CreeAnna’s LLC, known for its African meat pies, has found a home in Downtown Pocatello at 250 North Main Street. It has been two weeks since Tiphanie Anirah and her company took up residence inside Round River Baking, after receiving a call from the owner Matt Sanger. Anirah was exploring several options in the downtown area for a storefront when she was offered the chance to use the space at Round River, which she describes as a dream location with a reputation for delicious specialty breads.
She is open at the new location on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with plans to add Wednesdays as the business becomes more established. She will have her main items, including African meat pies, available daily, as well as some specialty items making occasional appearances as featured items of the week. She also plans to continue selling her treats at the Pocatello Valley Farmers Market and taking orders through Facebook and Instagram.
Anirah is excited about the opportunity and happy to be at the new location, despite the amount of work it entails. In addition to the storefront, her items will still be available at the College Market and gluten-free cookies will be sold at Idaho Coffee Company. With the business becoming more established, Anirah will be able to expand her offerings and hopes to introduce her favorite dessert, a three-layered German Chocolate Cake. She asks that large orders be placed in advance, preferably two weeks in advance when possible.
