SSM Health is expanding its presence in St. Louis by opening a new location in the Streets of Caledonia in O’Fallon, Missouri. Construction of the 66,000 square-foot facility is expected to be completed by October 2024, making it the first freestanding location along the 64/40 corridor in the western part of St. Louis for SSM Health.

This new location will offer a wide range of clinical services, including pediatrics, primary care, urgent care, and specialty services such as ENT, psychology, dermatology, cardiology, GI, neurology, urology, and dental services. The facility will also have a full imaging center, a retail pharmacy, and primary and specialty care services for both adults and pediatrics.

Dr. Kristy Haggett, Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs for SSM Health St. Jospeh Hospital in St. Charles and Wentzville, emphasizes the importance of expanding healthcare services in St. Charles County, one of the fastest-growing counties in Missouri. The new facility aims to meet the increased demand for healthcare services close to home.

The facility’s location at Streets of Caledonia provides easy access off the highway for St. Charles County residents, allowing them to access expert care without leaving their community. Haggett stresses SSM Health’s commitment to providing safe, high-quality, and affordable healthcare services to its communities, supporting the growth and well-being of the local population.

By investing in the new facility, SSM Health aims to make healthcare services easily accessible to the community, allowing it to thrive and grow. The premiere pediatric care services provided by Cardinal Glennon on the facility’s second floor will bring the expertise of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital closer to the St. Charles community.
