New pillars unveiled to highlight agricultural technology advancements

Apeel Sciences has introduced the two key pillars of “The Apeel Leverage” campaign, designed to highlight how its technologies can improve the long-haul capabilities in the fresh produce supply chain. The focus areas, “Here for the Long-Haul” and “Satisfy You and Your Customers,” are intended to ensure that produce not only travels further but also exceeds customer expectations upon arrival.

The company’s goal with “The Apeel Leverage” campaign is to showcase how its technologies can enhance partners’ supply chain capabilities through pillars such as “Expanding Offerings with Confidence,” “Helping You Sell More,” “Here for the Long-Haul,” and “Satisfy You and Your Customers.” This initiative aims to address food waste, drive improvements to partners’ top and bottom lines, and unlock the full potential of the produce supply chain more sustainably.

Apeel’s technology enables suppliers to ship their produce over longer distances with confidence, reducing rejections or quality markdowns and improving profitability. By maintaining the aesthetic and nutritional quality of fruits and vegetables, the company helps retailers offer products that meet consumers’ increasing demands for quality and sustainability.

The technology also allows suppliers to reach new markets that were previously considered out of reach due to spoilage concerns. This leads to more dynamic produce displays and marketing strategies, ultimately enhancing the shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

The pillars of “The Apeel Leverage” campaign support partners’ operational requirements while meeting the growing consumer demand for sustainable and high-quality produce. By aligning its technology with partners’ and consumers’ needs, Apeel Sciences aims to create a powerful impact across the entire supply chain.
