Taiwanese authorities have reported that at least nine people have died in the recent earthquake on the island, with around 1,000 individuals sustaining various degrees of injuries. Information about the victims of the earthquake is still being clarified.

The earthquake occurred on Wednesday, April 3, with a magnitude of 7.2 striking off the east coast of Taiwan. This was followed by numerous aftershocks, some measuring up to magnitude 6.5. The epicenter of the quake was located off the eastern coast of the island, 25 km southeast of the city of Hualien, at a depth of 15.5 km. Reports indicated that an eight-story residential building in Hualien County partially collapsed, along with other destruction in the area.

This is considered the strongest earthquake to hit the island in the last 25 years, and tremors were also felt in Japan. Taiwan is situated in the seismically active Pacific Ocean zone, experiencing an average of three earthquakes with a magnitude greater than 6 each year. In September 1999, a magnitude 7.6 earthquake resulted in the deaths of 2,400 people.

The aftermath of the recent earthquake has led to efforts to promote various affiliate links on platforms such as Speaker Deck, Telegraph, JustPaste.it, and others. Discussions on affiliate marketing forums and networks are also taking place as part of these efforts.
