NJSBDC reaffirms its dedication to helping local New Jersey businesses

The New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) announced updates to its mission, vision, and core values, along with a new tagline. Kelly Brozyna, CEO and state director of NJSBDC, stated that these updates demonstrate their dedication to creating a supportive environment for small businesses in New Jersey.

The changes unveiled by NJSBDC reflect their ongoing commitment to empowering Garden State businesses and enhancing economic development in the state. The new tagline, “We Help Small Business reach BIG Dreams,” highlights their focus on supporting small and medium-sized businesses.

The new mission of NJSBDC is to empower New Jersey’s small and medium-sized businesses through expert guidance, access to resources, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable economic development across the state. Their vision is to transform businesses into globally competitive, innovative, and sustainable entities contributing significantly to the state’s economy.

NJSBDC has embraced 7 core values represented by the acronym I.N.S.P.I.R.E.: Innovation, Networking, Standards of Integrity, Positive Community Impact, Inclusivity, Resilience, and Empowerment. By prioritizing these values, NJSBDC aims to drive sustainable economic development and help businesses thrive on a global scale.

Brozyna mentioned that by embracing innovation, inclusivity, and emphasizing integrity and community impact, they can contribute to the growth and success of businesses. NJSBDC invites stakeholders, partners, and the business community to join their mission to empower and inspire New Jersey’s small business owners.
