Northwest Colorado Health receives prestigious Best in Class award

Northwest Colorado Health’s Community Health Center has recently been honored with the Grand Champion Best in Class award for 2023 by the Community Health Provider Alliance, a nonprofit organization that acknowledges Community Health Centers that stand out among their peers or demonstrate significant improvement in various performance measures.

Northwest Colorado Health was the only health care provider out of 20 member Community Health Centers statewide to meet all targets in every category, as reported by the organization.
