NTT Data has made significant changes to Everis with the departure of Eduardo Serra from the presidency of the technology consulting firm and the reorganization of the Board of Directors in Europe and Latin America. The firm is managed from Spain, where the Japanese company NTT Data acquired the Spanish consulting firm Everis in 2013. Despite the change in ownership, Everis maintained its brand identity until the end of 2021 when the corporate image of the entire group was unified with its parent company.

Since then, there have been several management changes at the company in Spain, including the departure of Sergi Biosca as CEO in October 2023 and his replacement by Victor L√≥pez-Barrantes. Following Serra’s departure, other Spanish independent directors have also resigned, including Pedro Luis Uriarte, Zulueta Pillar, Alejandro Ferreiro, and Monica de Oriol. The company frames the changes in the Board as part of a restructuring that may see new members appointed in the future.

The restructuring in Spain is part of a global reconfiguration of the group, with NTT Data centralizing part of its business in NTT DATA Inc. This move aims to create a leading technology services company with 140,000 workers globally and operations in over 80 countries. While the changes in Spain signal a new direction for the company, NTT Data is continuing to evolve and adapt to the changing business landscape worldwide.

In addition to these strategic changes, the company is also active in other sectors, such as digital real estate investing. Various articles and resources discuss the benefits of buying real estate in cash, getting the best cash offer for your house, and the value of digital real estate. These topics highlight the importance of understanding the market and making informed decisions when it comes to investing in different sectors of the economy.
