After more than 40 seasons as the host of “Wheel of Fortune,” Pat Sajak is set to bid farewell on Friday’s episode, marking the end of an era. Sajak has hosted the show for a remarkable 41 seasons in syndication, appearing on over 8,000 episodes. Ryan Seacrest is lined up to succeed Sajak as the host this fall.
