Keaton Anthony, an undrafted free agent out of the University of Iowa, has defied the odds with his recent promotion to High-A Jersey Shore. While not as heralded as other prospects, Anthony has impressed in his first full season in the minors, leading to his well-deserved promotion.

In the Florida State League, Anthony ranked among the top hitters, placing seventh in batting average, fourth in on-base percentage, and sixth in OPS. His success on the field caught the attention of the Phillies organization, prompting them to move him up to a higher level of competition.

At Iowa, Anthony showcased his abilities as a two-way player, excelling both at the plate and on the mound. His impressive collegiate career paved the way for his professional debut, where he has continued to turn heads with his performance.

With this promotion, Anthony joins fellow prospects Aidan Miller and George Klassen in their journey towards the major leagues. Together, they represent the future of the Phillies organization, each player bringing a unique skill set and determination to succeed in their careers.
