Authorities in Rockford, Illinois are on the lookout for a 41-year-old man named Tory Tolbert, who is wanted for allegedly robbing two healthcare clinics in the area. Tolbert, who is from Gary, Indiana, faces charges of burglary, possession of another person’s credit/debit card, and theft.
The first incident took place on June 25 at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital, where a burglary was reported to Rockford Police. Surveillance images of a man believed to be Tolbert were released by the hospital. Police suspect Tolbert’s involvement in another burglary at OSF Center for Health on June 13.
