Heze Kent, a four-star tight end from Georgia, recently revealed his top 10 schools on social media platform, X. Among his top choices are the Texas Longhorns, as well as other SEC programs like the Florida Gators, Georgia Bulldogs, and Tennessee Vols. The Longhorns have seen success on offense in recent seasons, especially with players like Ja’Tavion Sanders breaking out, making Austin an attractive destination for tight ends.

Heading into the 2024 season, Texas already has one tight end commit from Georgia in the 2025 recruiting cycle – Emaree Winston, a four-star prospect ranked as the No. 12 tight end in the country. Heze Kent, ranked as the No. 7 tight end nationally and the No. 17 prospect in Georgia for the 2026 cycle, has included Texas in his top 10 choices. The Longhorns currently have one commitment for the 2026 class, three-star athlete Raycine Guillory, who committed in January.

Heze Kent’s top 10 schools were shared on social media, along with his highlight film. For more news and updates on Texas Longhorns football, visit Longhorns Wire.
