After the Elite qualifying rounds, the Junior category took to the track to determine who would advance to the live finals the following day. Eliana Hulsebosch showed mastery of the challenging track conditions, clocking the fastest time in the Junior women’s category. Her time would have placed her fifth in the elite women’s rankings. Sacha Earnest, who had recovered from a crash the previous weekend, secured second place, with Leogang winner Erice Van Leuven following closely behind.
Max Alran entered the weekend with a lot of confidence after securing his first World Cup win in Austria. He managed to shave off five seconds compared to the previous rounds, staying ahead of round one and two winner Asa Vermette. Rafaël Pelletier rounded out the top three, finishing 5.177 seconds behind the top time.
In the Junior Women’s category, the results were as follows: 1st. Eliana Hulsebosch, 2nd. Sacha Earnest, 3rd. Erice Van Leuven, 4th. Teagan Heap, 5th. Ella Svegby. For the Junior Men, the results stood at: 1st. Max Alran, 2nd. Asa Vermette, 3rd. Rafaël Pelletier, 4th. Dane Jewett, 5th. Raphaël Giambi.
The finals start list included the Junior Women and Junior Men categories, as the riders geared up for the live finals the next day.
