Results of Vermont High School Sports Games on Friday, May 19.

The 2023 Vermont high school spring season has officially begun, with several sports teams scheduled for baseball, softball, lacrosse, ultimate, and tennis matches. Interested parties can visit the Stats Reader or Match Notes to view scores, schedules, and match details.

In recent Friday high school games, the Women’s Lacrosse Colchester faced off against Lamoille, while Harwood went up against Rice. There were also matches between Milton and Spaulding, St. Louis and Lamo, and Johnsbury and Vergennes/Mount Abraham. U-32 played against Stow, while the Boys Lacrosse Rice faced off against Mansfield.

Fans can look forward to upcoming matches such as BFA Central Albans taking on South Burlington, Champlain Valley against Mount Mansfield, and Middlebury against Essex in the women’s lacrosse category. Meanwhile, the men’s lacrosse category includes matches like BFA-Fairfax with Mount Abraham/Vergennes, Colchester with Montpelier, and Stowe at Burlington.

Softball enthusiasts can expect matches such as South Burlington visiting St. Johnsbury, Mississippi traveling to Mount Mansfield, and Champlain Valley playing Essex. There will also be matches between Burlington and Colchester, North Country and BFA St. Albans, and Lamoille Ox Bo and Spalding at Lyndon.

Among the baseball matches for this period includes St. John’s South Burlington visiting Bury, Mount Mansfield Rice, and Champlain Valley playing Essex. Other matches include Burlington against Colchester, Oxbow with Lamoille, and Montpelier playing against Lake District.

Both Women’s and Boys Tennis will also make an appearance this season, with matches such as Burlington at Essex, Colchester at South Burlington, Champlain Valley at Stowe, and Rice at Mount Mansfield.

Lastly, fans of Bobwhite/Wolves can look forward to Relay at Track and Field to be held in South Burlington. As always, interested parties must check the website frequently, as events are subject to change.
