Marlton-based National Integrity Title Agency announced the expansion of its business development team with the hiring of Quandell Iglesia, a skilled sales professional with deep roots in the South Jersey community. Iglesia joins NITA after years in the residential real estate market, where he led a team in servicing homebuyers and sellers across the region. Iglesia plans to expand his base to include those in the commercial marketplace with the goal of business and revenue growth.
Iglesia’s “sales” strength is only part of what he brings to the “closing” table; he is a well-respected community leader with strong relationships built on service. Most recently, Iglesia was CEO and team leader at IQ Real Estate and served as a Realtor/salesperson for HomeSmart First Advantage Realty.
“I’m so excited to be part of the NITA team,” Iglesia said. “Having had the opportunity to work across the closing table on numerous occasions, I was impressed with the attention to detail and dedicated service NITA provides its customers. Their reputation speaks volumes and I’m proud to now sit beside them.”
Of the hiring, NITA co-owner and CEO George E. Duffield Sr. added: “Service and community are two tenets of our success and Quandell is a pillar of both. His experience in sales is equally as impressive and he has already hit the ground running. The future continues to brighten with Quandell on our team.”
