Zhukova, a retired molecular biologist, is the mother of Dasha Zhukova, a Russian American art collector and the former wife of Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich. Murdoch has been at the helm of Fox Corporation and News Corp for decades. These media companies own outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, and Fox News.
After announcing his plan to step down as chairman of both companies in November 2023, Murdoch relinquished his position to his son Lachlan. He has a net worth of $9.77 billion, according to Bloomberg’s Billionaire Index. Murdoch and Zhukova began dating last summer and got engaged in March.
