The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia declared Hrvoje Šnajder, the first secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Belgrade, to be persona non grata in accordance with Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic-Consular Relations. Kurir reported on this decision made on November 20. The Ministry stated that Šnajder grossly departed from the framework of diplomatic norms and violated the aforementioned Convention. A diplomatic note was delivered to the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia, Hidajet Biščević, in response to this.
