An hour after acknowledging the problem, OpenAI stated that they had identified the issue and were working on mitigating it, although they did not disclose the exact cause of the interruption. By 1 p.m., OpenAI announced that they had implemented a solution and were monitoring the results, but indicated that “ChatGPT is not available for some users.” This was confirmed through a notification on Europa Press’s mobile application displaying “The server has problems. Try again later.”
