Thursday’s local events include baseball as Marysville plays against San Rafael at 6 p.m. at Albert Park. On Friday, Dublin will be facing off against San Rafael at Albert Park at 6 p.m. In prep baseball, Branson will be taking on Head-Royce at 5 p.m. in Oakland for the NCS D-V game. For prep softball, Cardinal Newman will be competing against San Rafael at 4:30 p.m. at San Marin HS in the NCS D-III game. Also, don’t miss the State Track Meet at 3 p.m. at Buchanan HS in Clovis.
