Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) has recently introduced a podcast called Health Connect, which focuses on the connections between their services and the communities they serve. This podcast will feature new physicians/providers, highlight technology advancements, demystify the complexities of healthcare, and provide insight into healthcare offerings in Northwest Ohio.
The first episode of Health Connect was released on April 18, and episodes are approximately 20 minutes long. The podcast is available on major podcasting platforms as well as the BVHS website. Co-hosted by Eric Proctor, chief people officer at BVHS, and Sam Sprunger, a Bluffton podcaster, the series offers a unique perspective from both inside and outside the healthcare industry.
Proctor shares insights into the BVHS culture, career opportunities, and shares the unique stories of patients, associates, and medical staff within the organization.
