Summit Technology Group Names Bill Webner as New CEO of Public Sector Division

Summit Technology Group, a company owned by private investment firm Enlightenment Capital, has named Bill Webner as the CEO of its public sector business. Webner, a respected industry executive and 2024 Wash100 awardee, brings with him extensive experience in technology consulting and public sector management.

In his new role, Webner will lead a team of technical experts across application development and cloud solutions to expand software platforms addressing complex regulatory needs in identity verification, fraud and risk management, next-generation loan servicing, and process automation. Prior to joining Summit Technology Group, Webner held leadership positions at Capgemini Government Solutions and Booz Allen Hamilton. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Professional Services Council.
