The owner of 30 liters of beer went to the police to report the theft of a whole beer barrel from her carport. The situation took a strange turn when, three hours later, the woman called the police again to give an update. It was revealed that her neighbor was not an unknown thief but had taken the beer to cool it in his home.
The neighbor had seen the beer sitting in the warm sun under the carport and decided to take it without notifying the owner. Since he was also invited to the party where the stolen beer was meant to be consumed, he brought the properly chilled beer with him. The situation turned out to be a misunderstanding rather than a criminal act, and everyone was able to enjoy the party with a good laugh.
