Louis’ son signed for a delivery on Tuesday morning, only to find that someone had stolen 22 boxes of snacks such as gourmet cookies and candy that were meant for local luxury hotels.
Louis expressed frustration over the $3,000 loss, which has put a strain on his ability to show a profit in his business. The surveillance video showed a heartless woman going through the boxes, checking the invoice, and ultimately loading them into her car.
