Survey Now Available to Evaluate Healthcare Needs of Pennsylvania’s LGBTQ+ Population

The 2024 PA LGBTQ+ Health Needs Assessment is designed to improve the health and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community in Pennsylvania. The survey aims to identify any health disparities, barriers to care, and potential strategies for improvement. It also seeks to understand the healthcare experiences and overall well-being of LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians. The information gathered will be used to guide future discussions and actions. The survey is available in both English and Spanish and will be open for participation until August.

Individuals who are 13 years or older and identify as LGBTQ+ residents of Pennsylvania are invited to participate in the survey. All responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. The Pennsylvania Department of Health is sponsoring the survey, with Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Community Center and Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) assisting in its administration.
