Tennessee Ranked Among Top Three Best States for Business by Chief Executive Magazine

Chief Executive Magazine has published its annual list of the best and worst states for business, with Tennessee ranking third for its business environment. The Volunteer State has been in the top three rankings for two consecutive years. Texas took the top spot for the second year in a row, while Florida closely followed in second place. The magazine praised Tennessee for its prospects of a new future in business, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and electric vehicles.

German automaker Volkswagen recently announced that it is starting production of its all-electric ID.4 SUV at its Chattanooga manufacturing facility this summer. Tennessee is also in the process of building the largest automotive production complex ever.
