The technologies of chargers are constantly improving, with faster charging speeds, increased number of connections, and higher charging power. However, the design of chargers has remained relatively boring. UGREEN, a mobile and computer accessories company, has taken a different approach with their Nexode charger.
The Nexode charger has a unique design in the shape of a cute robot, with a screen on the front that displays a face. The robot’s eye expressions indicate whether the charger is in standby mode, fast charging, or if charging is complete. It also has a cover in the form of legs that allows it to be placed on a desktop when not in use.
UGREEN has integrated GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology into the charger, making it compact and efficient. The charger offers 65 watt charging, suitable for smartphones and laptops. It has two USB-C connections (65 watts and 30 watts) and one USB-A connection (22.5 watts) that adjust the charging power based on the number of devices connected.
The Nexode charger supports fast charging standards for iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, and MacBooks. It features Trickle Charging to maintain a full charge without overcharging, preserving battery life. Overall, the Nexode charger is a versatile and efficient option for charging multiple devices simultaneously, with a unique design and fast charging capabilities.
