The Arizona Cardinals are counting down the days until the start of the 2024 NFL season. As of today, there are 73 days left until they kick off on September 8 against the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium.

The team’s current No. 73 is tackle Jonah Williams, who was signed this offseason to a two-year deal as the starting right tackle. The Cardinals are hopeful that he will make a significant impact for them on the field.

Looking back, the last impactful player to wear the No. 73 for the Cardinals was Max Garcia. He played for the team for four seasons, from 2019 to 2022, starting 11 games in 2021. Despite Garcia’s contributions, the best No. 73 in Cardinals history is tackle Ernie McMillan, who wore the number from 1961 to 1974, starting 173 games and earning four Pro Bowl selections over 13 seasons.
