The NFL offseason is in full swing and each day brings us closer to the start of the regular season. Today, the Arizona Cardinals are just 90 days away from their first game of the season, which will be on the road against the Buffalo Bills on September 8th. The number 90 is currently worn by defensive lineman Ben Stille, who spent time on the Cardinals’ roster last season, moving between the practice squad and the active roster. In his five games played, he recorded eight tackles and a sack.

When it comes to the number 90 though, the player that stands out for the Cardinals is Darnell Dockett. Dockett, a standout defensive tackle, spent a decade playing for the Cardinals after being drafted by the team in 2004 in the third round. He was a three-time Pro Bowler and amassed 40.5 career sacks during his time with the team. Dockett is considered one of the best defensive tackles in Cardinals history, making a significant impact during his time with the team.

No. 90 holds a special place in Cardinals history thanks to Darnell Dockett, who left a lasting impact on the team and its fans. He will be remembered as one of the greatest players to wear that number for the Cardinals.
