The first part of the sixth and final season of Netflix’s Cobra Kai Season 6 is set to premiere on July 18, and a brand new trailer has been released. The trailer shows our favorite team getting ready to take on the world, with Cobra Kai now eliminated from the Valley. The new season will pick up with the question of how our senseis and students will compete in the Sekai Taikai – the world championships of karate.

The trailer teases a big secret from Mr. Miyagi himself, which was said to have been buried for a reason. While the secret is still unknown, the final season will continue on November 28 with Part 2, and a big “Finale Event” is expected to air in 2025. Cobra Kai originally premiered as a YouTube-exclusive show in 2018 before moving to Netflix in 2021 for its third season.

In our review of Cobra Kai’s fifth season, we praised it for returning with a compelling storyline, evil bosses, scores to settle, and a karate empire to thwart, making it another winning installment.
