The National Football League earns six Sports Emmy Awards

Last night, the National Football League was awarded six Sports Emmy Awards for its work spanning across NFL Network, NFL Films, the League office, and Mundo NFL. NFL Network’s series “NFL 360” stood out with two wins for Outstanding Short Feature (“Heroes”) and The Dick Schaap Outstanding Writing Award – Short Form (“Still Here”). NFL Films also received two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Edited Event Coverage (“NFL GameDay All Access – Super Bowl LVIII”) and Outstanding Edited Special (“You Are Looking Live!”). With these wins, NFL Films has now amassed a total of 138 Sports Emmy Awards.

The NFL also took home The George Wensel Technical Achievement Award for “Toy Story Funday Football” and won in the category of Outstanding Feature Story in Spanish for “Mundo NFL Originals – El Sueno de Cieneguitas”. This recognition highlights the NFL’s commitment to excellence in sports programming and storytelling.
