The Patriots announced the signing of their fourth-round draft pick, Layden Robinson, on Wednesday. Robinson, a three-year starter at right guard for Texas A&M, has agreed to a four-year rookie deal with the team. With Robinson now under contract, only second-round wide receiver Ja’Lynn Polk remains unsigned from their draft class.
Robinson joins third-round pick Caeden Wallace as new additions to the Patriots offensive line. The team already has guards Cole Strange, Sidy Sow, and Atonio Mafi from last year’s line, along with free agent signing Nick Leverett.
The signing of Robinson is a positive development for the Patriots as they continue to secure their draft picks and build their roster for the upcoming season. They are hopeful that the addition of Robinson and other new players will help strengthen their offensive line and improve their performance on the field.
